Real estate project in collaboration with Laforge Environnement. We meticulously assessed the site's profitability, acquired the land, designed the project, and supervised its construction. This building project marked the second accomplishment in our real estate portfolio. In 2021, we also embarked on an expansion phase (Phase 2) to address the growing needs of our project. This expansion was a testament to our ongoing commitment to evolving and meeting the changing demands of our clientele.
